Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to deter access concerns, support visitor-related protocols, and report maintenance or security-related issues;
Assist with access control activities, observe daily site operations, and report incidents, hazards, and/or policy violations according to post instructions;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed
