Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of shipping areas, loading docks, parking lots, facility grounds, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry of employees, visitors, vendors, and/or delivery personnel in accordance with site procedures;
Observe and report suspicious activity, property damage, access violations, and other security-related concerns using established reporting protocols
