Job Overview
OnCall Parking Manager is seeking a Full‑Time Parking Lot Monitor in Orlando, FL.
HoursOvernight hours: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
5‑day, 7‑day work shift with schedule changes every two weeks. Weekends are required and the employee will have two days off each week.
Responsibilities- Patrol assigned communities during evenings to ensure parking rules and regulations are followed.
- Issue parking violations and tow requests as necessary.
- Valid Class D Security License.
- Clean driving license.
- Willingness to work overnight hours and weekends.
- Previous roving or general security experience is a plus.
- Accrued Paid Time Off and Birthday Time Off.
- 5 Sick Leave days.
- $350 Monthly Medical Insurance stipend after first 90 days.
- Patrol vehicle provided.
- Company gas card provided.
