You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to guests, staff, and performers. Job Schedule- Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Provide customer service to guests, performers, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a performing arts venue.
- Respond to incidents, guest concerns, medical situations, and critical events in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of public areas, event spaces, backstage areas, parking facilities, access points, and the surrounding perimeter.
- Monitor access to restricted areas and support credential verification for performers, staff, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site‑specific procedures.
- Document observations, incidents, and activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
- Have at least 1 year of armed security‑related, law enforcement, or military experience.
- Possess a CPO certification.
- Possess an armed guard card or license.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
