Security Officer Screening Point Attendant

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, clients, and staff by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Screen individuals and belongings entering the government health and family services location in accordance with established procedures, escalating prohibited items or concerning situations to appropriate personnel.;
Verify visitor authorization, direct guests to appropriate service areas, and maintain accurate visitor screening and entry records.;
Respond to incidents, conflicts, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting emergency services when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned public areas and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
