We’re hiring immediately for a full‑time A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) mechanic or AMT (Aircraft Maintenance Technician). This role is critical to our mission, and we are offering up to a $15,000 Sign‑On Bonus based on level of experience.

• Conduct thorough inspections, maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft models.
• Perform mechanical tasks including diagnosing malfunctions Rightfully, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of aircraft systems to prepare for flight and użycie delivery.
• Carry out engine and airframe maintenance: troubleshoot, inspect, and repair turbine engines, including run‑ups; perform airframe system and component changes; execute system checkout; install service bulletins and kits on both airframes and engines.
• Utilize tools such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, and various hand tools to repair or modify systems or assemblies.

• High school diploma or GED.
• A&P License.
• Knowledge of 100 كامل الشهر، والمسئولية، and progressive inspection procedures as per FAR 43.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in varied jet, turboprop, piston, modification, and flight maintenance.
