Job Overview

On Time Home Reminders is seeking a detail-oriented Residential Preventative Maintenance Technician to provide structured, preventative maintenance for high-end residential homes. This is not emergency repair work or high-volume service dispatch. You will maintain the same homes on a consistent monthly schedule, proactively identifying and addressing issues before they become costly problems.

This role is ideal for a steady, conscientious professional who values order, consistency, and pride in workmanship. If you prefer mastering a routine over chasing urgent calls, this position offers stability, trust, and long-term relationships with homeowners who respect quality work.

Who We Are

On Time Home Reminders provides structured, preventative home care for high-end homeowners throughout Central Florida. We are not a handyman dispatch service. We focus on maintaining homes proactively—preserving quality, preventing deterioration, and protecting our clients’ investments.

Our systems are organized, our standards are high, and our relationships are long-term. Our team members operate with clear expectations, professional structure, and the trust of homeowners who value thoughtful, meticulous work.

This is a place for professionals who want stability, mastery of their craft, and meaningful client relationships—not speed contests or commission-based chaos.
