We work every single day on many millions of square feet of commercial and other types of properties. We provide every service needed to run, manage and beautify our client’s real estate assets. Typical schedule will be Monday – Thursday 6A-4:30P, weekends as needed

• Follow a written plan detailing routine and project work to be performed.
• Attend safety training and follow all safety policies including proper use of PPE and safe operation of equipment.
• Receive feedback on completed work and received training as needed to address deficiencies.
• Work with landscapers to maintain health and appearance of landscaping with proper application of water.
• Inspect irrigation systems.
• Repair/replace all components of irrigation systems including heads, nozzles, lines, valves, etc.
• Manually turn on and off irrigation systems.
• Adjust watering schedules utilizing irrigation control systems.
• Respond to client and customer complaints.
• May perform other maintenance tasks such mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, blowing, power washing, etc.
