** What You’ll Do
*** Be the main point of contact for customers in your assigned area.
* Track incoming orders and monitor shipment dates and installation requirements.
* Schedule and coordinate equipment, installers, and contractors.
* Keep projects on track — from order through invoicing.
* Review completed installations, analyze profitability, and identify areas for improvement.
* Communicate daily with customers, sales reps, and service teams.
** What We’re Looking For
*** 1+ year of experience in customer service, project coordination, scheduling, or administrative support (experience in commercial or industrial equipment installation is a plus).
* Strong multitasking skills — you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
* Highly organized and comfortable using technology to manage projects.
