Setup Technician

Starting Pay Rate: $21-$23/hr, paid weekly
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Orlando, FL

Seeking a skilled Setup Technician with experience in construction and carpentry to assist with the setup and installation of modular buildings and containers at our client’s Indianapolis branch. This role requires hands-on technical ability, attention to detail, and a strong focus on safety.

• Perform installation and removal of skirting
• Assemble and install furniture
• Anchor, block, and level units; complete interior and exterior seaming
• Perform cleaning and upkeep of modular buildings
• Install stairs, canopies, and ramps
• Knock down buildings, including building shipping walls, securing exterior walls, separating units, disconnecting utilities, and preparing structures for transport
• Ensure site cleanup, including removal of blocks, steps, anchors, ramps, ABS pads, and steel piers
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow company safety policies
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members

• Strong focus on safety practices and compliance
• Carpentry skills and experience in general construction trades
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
