Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: $30.00 - $44.00 per hour.
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8-hour shifts with overtime available; day shifts, some projects may require evening shift; weekends as needed scheduled with notice.

• Planning & Administration – Plans, assigns, and schedules pipe‑fitting jobs based on priorities and availability of resources.
• Equipment & Materials – Planning 3 weeks ahead; ordering materials, equipment, supplies; coordinating inspections, counts, and storage; managing site deliveries.
• Field Supervision – Ensures training and performance of staff in work and safety procedures; provides ongoing evaluations.
• Job Site Presence – Ensures supervisory presence to oversee all work activities; attends all job site meetings.
• Project Manager Collaboration – Ensures clear, constant, and consistent communication between field and office.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the installation of chilled water piping systems.
• Ability to read and interpret contract drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Ability to lay out and create simple drawings for prefab.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
