Job Description

DPR Construction is seeking a Waterproofing Carpenter/Foreman for our Self Perform Division 7 team, in the Orlando, FL area. Experience is required in commercial waterproofing and fire prevention scopes.

• Air barriers
• Joint sealants
• Floor polishing
• Below Grade waterproofing
• Hot applied waterproofing
• Under-slab waterproofing
• Fire stopping
• Expansion joint installation

• Manage multiple demanding tasks while producing quality work and consistently meeting deadlines.

• Excellent listening and strong communication ability.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to create and support team morale.
• Strong technical knowledge in Moisture and Fire Protection.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, accounting/cost‑management software, and scheduling software.
• A strong work ethic and a “can‑do” attitude.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Working in hot/cold weather and at heights.
• Must wear all required PPE at the job site.
• Work may involve dusty and loud environments.
