Job Description
CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced Pipe Welders for a long-term project in Orlando, FL, starting March 2026. This position is ideal for skilled tradesmen with commercial, industrial, or shipyard welding experience who take pride in quality, safety, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities- Perform welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper-nickel piping systems using MMA (Stick), TIG, CW (Cold Wire), and flux-core processes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, ISO drawings, and weld symbols.
- Prepare, align, and tack pipe for welding; ensure welds meet high-quality standards under inspection.
- Work in confined spaces, elevated areas, and various site conditions while following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with pipe fitters, foremen, and project supervisors to meet schedule and quality standards.
- Minimum 3 years of pipe welding experience in commercial, industrial, or shipyard settings.
- Proficient in multiple welding processes (Stick, TIG, CW, flux-core).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols.
- Committed to quality, teamwork, and safety.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; must pass drug screen and background check.
