Experienced Service Plumber

Kalos Services has built a strong reputation in Central Florida for our quality workmanship, transparent service, and focus on long-term relationships with our customers and team members. We are looking for an Experienced Service Plumber who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and values being part of a professional, customer-focused team. This role will serve a mix of residential and light commercial customers, performing diagnostics, repairs, replacements, and routine maintenance.

Compensation $23 - $32 hourly based on experience and certifications obtained

Schedule: Start and finish times are dependent on project and location. Work weeks fluctuate depending on load but will usually be between 40 to 60 hrs per week. Some weekend and after hours work may be required when emergencies occur, project night and weekends and out of town work in Florida will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues for residential and light commercial clients
• Perform fixture installations, water heater replacements, leak repairs, and drain services
• Accurately assess and communicate repair options to customers
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and professional appearance
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds code and company quality standards
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency plumbing services
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the Kalos brand with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

• Ideally 3 plus years of experience in residential or commercial plumbing service
• Solid understanding of Florida plumbing codes and best practices
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional communication skills and customer-first mindset
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Licensed Journeyman Plumber preferred but not required

Preferred:

• Backflow certification or experience
• Water heater or tankless water heater installation experience
• Prior experience with remodel and re-pipe projects
