Randall Fire Services department is currently seeking skilled Fire Sprinkler Fitters to work on projects in the Sarasota, FL area.
Our rapidly expanding Fire Services department provides an excellent opportunity for those who wish to take their careers to the next level and capitalize on their earning potential.
Fitters must be experienced in above ground fire sprinkler system installation utilizing steel and CPVC piping systems. Must be able to get to and from job sites reliably, eager to work and punctual.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation of steel and CPVC piping for fire sprinkler systems. Contribute to a clean and safe job site. Keep tools in an organized, clean and safe working condition. Daily reporting to site foreman on job progress and task assignment. Requirements:
Ability to travel to remote job sites throughout the western Florida coast Highly motivated, detail oriented. Valid Driver's License. Ability to pass drug screen and reference check.
Physical Requirements:
You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, see and respond to dangerous situations, safely climb ladders while carrying tools/items, work in extreme weather, and properly wear personal protective gear.
