Residential HVAC Technician in Orlando

Circa Service-FL, we are a multi-trade company.

We are looking for an organized, experienced HVAC Technician with exceptional diagnostic and problem‑solving skills. You must work quickly and efficiently to solve problems and make necessary repairs.

• Applicants with long‑term residential HVAC repair experience and EPA certifications are preferred.
• Apartment maintenance technicians with similar experience are also considered.
• Commercial or restaurant HVAC repair experience with some residential background may be considered.

We are a performance‑based company. Compensation is based on your performance and production.

• Diagnose, identify, and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems and equipment, including electrical components, evaporator coils, compressors, etc.
• Install and replace parts and equipment ranging from coil replacements to full systems.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, managers, parts and installation teams.
• Keep your truck and its inventory clean and up to date.
• Complete paperwork accurately.
• Participate in the on‑call rotation.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in training to grow professionally.
• Obtain and maintain required certifications; assistance is available.

• Company‑supplied truck (can be used at home during nights).

Salary: $45,000 – $80,000+ (plus commission and bonus opportunities).

• 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday.
• Expected 40 hours per week.
• No overnight on‑call.

• 3+ years HVAC technician experience (required).
• 3+ years appliance repair experience (preferred).
• 2+ years plumbing experience (preferred).
• EPA certification (required).
• Valid state driver’s license (required).
• Strong verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex HVAC issues in simple terms.
• Ability to maintain daily schedule with multiple appointments.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
