Job OverviewWe are looking for an organized, experienced HVAC Technician with exceptional diagnostic and problem‑solving skills. You must work quickly and efficiently to solve problems and make necessary repairs.
- Applicants with long‑term residential HVAC repair experience and EPA certifications are preferred.
- Apartment maintenance technicians with similar experience are also considered.
- Commercial or restaurant HVAC repair experience with some residential background may be considered.

We are a performance‑based company. Compensation is based on your performance and production.
Responsibilities and Duties- Diagnose, identify, and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems and equipment, including electrical components, evaporator coils, compressors, etc.
- Install and replace parts and equipment ranging from coil replacements to full systems.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, managers, parts and installation teams.
- Keep your truck and its inventory clean and up to date.
- Complete paperwork accurately.
- Participate in the on‑call rotation.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Maintain a clean driving record.
- Participate in training to grow professionally.
- Obtain and maintain required certifications; assistance is available.
- Company‑supplied truck (can be used at home during nights).
- No overnight on‑call.

Salary: $45,000 – $80,000+ (plus commission and bonus opportunities).
Work Schedule- 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday.
- Expected 40 hours per week.
- No overnight on‑call.
- 3+ years HVAC technician experience (required).
- 3+ years appliance repair experience (preferred).
- 2+ years plumbing experience (preferred).
- EPA certification (required).
- Valid state driver’s license (required).
- Strong verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex HVAC issues in simple terms.
- Ability to maintain daily schedule with multiple appointments.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Company truck.
- Fuel card.
- Paid time off.
- Structured training and process automation.
