Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities to ensure guest satisfaction;
Assist with replacing and repairing ceiling tiles, sheet-rock and wallpaper as part of maintenance tasks;
Paint designated areas and items and replace basic electrical fixtures;
Perform minor plumbing functions and safety practices per MSDS/OSHA standards;
Maintain curb appeal and adhere to Earth View sustainability guidelines
