Earl Enterprise - 1506 East Buena Vista Dr - Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance tasks to repair and maintain restaurant facilities and equipment;
Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment;
Assist with wiring, painting, drywall, tile, doors and hardware repairs as needed;
Respond to emergency maintenance calls and prioritize assignments to complete tasks timely;
Maintain daily work records and participate in staff meetings
