• 3+ years of handyman experience
• Strong overall knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, drywall, painting, and basic repairs
• Own truck or van and necessary tools
• Strong work ethic, professional and collaborative demeanor
• Excellent customer service skills; able to communicate with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers
• Quick thinker with problem‑solving ability, capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Clean‑cut appearance with a decent vehicle and organized tools
• Ability to identify potential repair or enhancement opportunities and communicate them to customers
• Punctual, efficient, maintains highest integrity, and strives for top customer satisfaction

• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, basic plumbing and electrical work
• Inspect job locations, communicate repair or improvement opportunities to customers, and provide estimates or guidance as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to all safety regulations
• Document completed work and hand over any necessary instructions or after‑care information to the client
