How You’ll Make a Difference As a Service Technician I, you'll help customers maximize uptime by maintaining and repairing the equipment they depend on most. Your mechanical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will play a direct role in keeping operations productive and employees safe.

What You’ll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain material handling equipment, including engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, drive trains, brakes, steering, and lifting components.
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and component rebuilds to ensure equipment operates according to manufacturer specifications.
Complete service documentation, maintain parts inventory, and help keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
Follow all safety procedures, participate in technical training and certifications, and contribute to a strong Safety-First culture.
What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience in forklift repair, diesel, automotive, heavy equipment, or a related mechanical field.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and solve problems effectively.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, along with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Valid driver’s license and the ability to work in a shop environment, lift up to 75 pounds, and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
