Maintenance Crew; Level 1

Rosen Inn - Lake Buena Vista | Engineering | Full Time

The Maintenance Crew (Level
1) will provide outstanding service by performing tasks to ensure the hotel/property/guest rooms are consistently in proper working condition. They will perform repairs and preventative maintenance based on Company Standards and federal laws/regulations to ensure guest and employee safety.

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks promptly.
• Assigned projects include but are not limited to; troubleshoot or replace appliances, televisions, light fixtures, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, dry‑wall repair and painting.
• Respond to room calls and guest requests for repairs efficiently in a professional manner.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines diligently.
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards.
• Maintain an accurate and legible log book on daily activities.
• Perform preventative maintenance based on Rosen Standards.
• Must be willing to assist in all areas as needed, including but not limited to all grounds, public spaces, admin spaces and guest rooms.
• Comply with the company's drug‑free and tobacco/nicotine‑free policy.
• All other duties as assigned.

• 1+ years of maintenance experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs. consistently and 75lbs. infrequently.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
