Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Service Technician

We are currently seeking a dependable, skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our Orlando team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of HVAC service experience and takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service. New construction experience is a plus.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Rotating on-call schedule shared weekly among the service team

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, repair, and install HVAC systems
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction on every call
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional worksite
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized
• Follow all company safety policies and quality standards
• Arrive on time, work independently when needed, and contribute as a team player

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years HVAC service experience
• Must own required tools for daily service work
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record (21+ for insurance)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
