Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Pay: $29.00-$48.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level.

Abacus Staffing is hiring Concrete Carvers / Scenic Artisans to be part of a team delivering high-quality, artistic construction projects in Orlando.

This role supports the creation of artistic concrete finishes while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency on the jobsite. Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply. Se anima a candidatos que solo hablen español a postularse.

• Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures
• Work with materials such as concrete, plaster, epoxy, foam, urethanes, and silicone
• Assist with jobsite setup, cleanup, and active operations
• Use hand and power tools to mix, shape, carve, and finish materials
• Follow artistic direction and project specifications
• Apply concrete and related materials with attention to quality and detail
• Support team workflow and help keep projects on schedule
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment

• Experience in construction, concrete work, finishing, carving, or similar hands‑on work preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in an active jobsite environment
• Understanding of workplace safety practices
• Ability to learn technical methods, tools, and materials
• Dependable with strong time management skills
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
