• Lead and supervise commercial roofing crews on active job sites
• Coordinate daily work activities and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Maintain safety standards and quality workmanship
• Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and team members

• 3–5+ years of experience leading commercial roofing crews
• Strong background in commercial roofing systems
• Ability to read plans and manage field operations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• $28–$33/hour based on experience
