Maintenance Specialist – Orlando, FL.
OverviewThe Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and repairing propane forklifts, propane side loaders, horizontal steel‑cutting bandsaws, and performing building maintenance.
Responsibilities- Maintain and repair propane forklifts.
- Maintain and repair propane side loaders.
- Maintain and repair horizontal steel‑cutting bandsaws.
- Perform building maintenance.
- Electrical troubleshooting/repair of AC and DC systems.
- Mechanical troubleshooting/repair of hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
- Ability to perform minor plumbing, carpentry and welding repairs.
- Ability to organize paperwork and perform recordkeeping functions through databases.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to inventory and order consumables and repair parts.
