Facility Maintenance Service Technician – Distribution Center

Location: Orlando, FL, USA – 3056 Tradeport Drive (A639)

Compensation: $28.00/hr + $1.00 shift differential

Shift Details: Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, or until tasks are completed.

McKesson’s temperature-controlled automated Distribution Center is hiring a senior-level Facility/Maintenance/Service Technician. The role requires repair experience and knowledge of a broad range of complex facility systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to perform complex technical tasks. Communication with a wide range of groups, from upper management to front-line employees, and quick learning on new conveyance systems are essential.

• Facility, maintenance or service technician experience
• Troubleshooting and repair experience with a variety of equipment used in a distribution center environment
• Knowledge and safe usage of various types of equipment in maintenance/facility trade (hand tools, power tools, conveyors, forklifts, pressure gauges, voltmeters, etc.)
• Basic knowledge/exposure to warehouse work environments
• Basic knowledge/exposure to various trades
• Knowledge of lock out/tag out and OHSHA

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Includes standing, sitting, walking, general labor, ladder, scissor lift & fork truck use, climbing up to four stories in a warehouse environment
• May work at heights at times
