You will serve as a vital field leader, guiding crews on unique, high‑profile entertainment and commercial electrical installations across Central Florida. • Lead, mentor, and coordinate daily tasks for teams of two to four apprentice electricians on active jobsites.
• Execute complex commercial and industrial power distribution and control installations in strict adherence to the National Electrical Code.
• Interpret intricate blueprints and technical schematics to ensure precise wiring and system functionality from day one.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical systems systematically to minimize project delays and maintain strict field timelines.
• Enforce rigorous jobsite safety protocols daily to maintain a secure, zero-accident environment for your crew.
• Manage administrative field tasks efficiently by utilizing personal digital devices to track and input crew time accurate to schedule.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience operating as an electrician, with experience leading commercial projects.
• Proven track record of stable employment, demonstrating several years of dedication at previous companies.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving history.
• Possession of standard electrical hand tools appropriate for a leadership‑level electrician.
• Absolute proficiency in reading blueprints and executing proper, code‑compliant commercial wiring methods.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Active Journeyman License.
• Direct electrical experience working within theme parks, large hotels, or entertainment venues.
• Bilingual communication skills with proficiency in both English and Spanish.
