HowYou Will Make An Impact
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate daily tasks for teams of two to four apprentice electricians on active jobsites.
- Execute complex commercial and industrial power distribution and control installations in strict adherence to the National Electrical Code.
- Interpret intricate blueprints and technical schematics to ensure precise wiring and system functionality from day one.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical systems systematically to minimize project delays and maintain strict field timelines.
- Enforce rigorous jobsite safety protocols daily to maintain a secure, zero-accident environment for your crew.
- Manage administrative field tasks efficiently by utilizing personal digital devices to track and input crew time accurate to schedule.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience operating as an electrician, with experience leading commercial projects.
- Proven track record of stable employment, demonstrating several years of dedication at previous companies.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving history.
- Possession of standard electrical hand tools appropriate for a leadership‑level electrician.
- Absolute proficiency in reading blueprints and executing proper, code‑compliant commercial wiring methods.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Active Journeyman License.
- Direct electrical experience working within theme parks, large hotels, or entertainment venues.
- Bilingual communication skills with proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Bi-weekly pay cycle with consistent opportunities for overtime.
