Full-time Maintenance Technician.

• Perform any and all property maintenance needs.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Complete work orders.
• Basic carpentry.
• Plumbing.
• Electrical systems.
• Mechanical systems.
• Small appliance repair.
• Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas.
• HVAC service and repair (willing to train).
• Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash.

• Maintenance or "handyman" experience.
• Apartment/multi-family maintenance experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.

• Able to respond to after-hours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation.
