• Currently enrolled or planning to enroll in formal HVAC training at a community college or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of refrigerant cycles, HVAC components, and maintenance procedures
• 1+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service
• Ability to identify HVAC equipment and components such as packaged units, split systems, WSHP, chillers, and pumps
• Basic troubleshooting skills for electro-mechanical devices
• Understanding of air distribution systems
• Proficiency in using hand tools and adhering to safe work practices
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operation manuals, and written directions
• Strong math skills
• Punctuality, readiness to work, and adherence to uniform standards
• Effective communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, crouch, kneel, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work in various environmental conditions
