Trillium is now hiring for a PEMB Foreman in Orlando, FL!
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead a crew on a fast‑paced Pre‑Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) project. This is a temporary‑to‑hire, traveling position. The ideal candidate will be hands‑on, organized, and highly skilled in steel erection, wall sheeting, and standing‑seam metal roof systems. He/she will be laying out work for crews, able to read blueprints, work on tools in a man basket in teams of 2.
Will be working Monday – Saturday, 50‑58 hours per week for 2 months+. Pay is $35 DOE and $130/day days worked in Per diem.

- Must have aerial lift certification and OSHA 30 card in hand and issued within the last 5 years.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Must wear PPE and ability to pass pre‑employment screenings.
