Job Summary

Electrical Foreman – Airfield & High Mast Lighting location:
Orlando, FL. Pay: $33–$38 per hour (DOE). Full‑Time | Direct Hire. Travel:
Occasional (Southeast). Position:
On‑Site / Field‑Based. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on airfield lighting, high mast lighting, and related electrical infrastructure projects. This role is hands‑on and field‑driven, responsible for running crews, coordinating work activities, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. This position is based in Orlando, FL, with occasional travel to support regional projects.

Pay Range

$33-$38 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise electrical crews on airfield, high mast, and large‑scale lighting projects
  • Plan daily work activities, assign manpower, and coordinate materials and equipment
  • Oversee civil work, underground construction, duct banks, conduit, foundations, and lighting installations
  • Ensure work is performed in compliance with NEC, OSHA, and project safety requirements
  • Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, airport authorities, and other trades
  • Maintain productivity, quality control, and accurate field documentation
  • Perform site walkthroughs, assist with layout, and troubleshoot field issues as needed
Requirements
  • Preferred:
    Prior experience with airfield lighting, runway/taxiway lighting, or airport infrastructure projects
  • Minimum:
    Proven experience running electrical crews on commercial or industrial projects
  • Strong background in:
    • Underground electrical work
    • Civil construction coordination
    • Conduit installation and site utilities
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for regional work
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work on active job sites
Compensation & Benefits
