Job Description

Insight Global's client is looking to hire Field Technicians on a 6-month contract to help manage their growing business. This company recently ramped up their sales teams and is experiencing immense growth that is affecting their ability to address a $5 million backlog. This temporary team will be responsible for working through the backlog to ensure the existing team can scale with the growth of the sales team.

The Field Technician will be responsible for installing and activating CCTV and access control technologies within their set region. This person will need prior experience running wires and mounting devices, and they will need to utilize their own transportation and tools to complete the work. Each field technician will likely be assigned to one job site per day but will be reimbursed for mileage if traveling between multiple job sites within the workday.

The normal working hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm ET but may require flexibility as needed. This is a 6-month contract paying $18/hr W2 with potential opportunity to extend or convert full-time.
