Evermore Orlando Resort is an expansive 1,100‑acre destination located just steps from Walt Disney World®. The resort features upscale vacation homes, flats, villas, and the luxurious Conrad hotel, along with an 8‑acre lagoon, beach, golf courses, and a range of recreational activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet all guests and Team Members, respond courteously to inquiries, complaints, and requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform minor repairs and replacements on interior and exterior items, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, electronics, lighting, woodwork, drywall, flooring, and furniture.
  • Gather and organize necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
  • Complete all maintenance tasks within reasonable time while adhering to trade standards and codes.
  • Identify problems, initiate and complete work orders, and maintain accurate logs.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and keep organized maintenance records.
  • Use the property maintenance software to update information via a smart device.
  • Perform inspections, checklists, and correct noted problems.
  • Develop and maintain a parts list for each equipment piece.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance programs with managers across resort areas.
  • Operate fire extinguishers and other life‑safety systems correctly.
  • Operate a motor vehicle with standard or automatic transmission on private and public roads.
  • Use proper personal protective equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked storage area.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Report maintenance defects to Manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Skills & Experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Valid Florida driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
  • English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Vocational or technical training related to the role preferred.
  • Hospitality industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools.
  • Ability to use and understand smartphone applications.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Can perform in a busy work environment.
  • Willing to work scheduled hours, including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand, walk, crawl, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach repeatedly.
  • Lift up to 75 pounds; carry, pull, and push heavy objects.
  • Work comfortably at open heights.
  • Climb and work on ladders and scaffolding.
  • Stay on feet and move around for the entire shift.
  • Work outdoors in varying environmental conditions.
