• Install residential HVAC systems with accuracy and attention to detail
• Ensure all installations meet safety standards and company quality guidelines
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining system operations and addressing client questions
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
• Participate in daily technical and leadership training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role
• EPA 608 certification
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and installation procedures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions
