Pay: $21/hour
Schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM / Sunday - Thursday / 10AM-7PM

We are seeking a Bilingual Facilities Maintenance Technician to support daily preventative and corrective maintenance at a large residential property. In this role, you will help maintain common areas, troubleshoot facility issues, complete work orders, and ensure all systems and amenities remain safe and fully operational. This position is ideal for someone who is team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance using PM checklists
- Troubleshoot and repair facility-related issues
- Complete and manage work orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain common areas, building interiors, and exterior grounds
- Assist with basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs
- Support pool maintenance and general upkeep
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and guidelines
- Collaborate with maintenance team members and provide leadership support when needed
- Hands-on experience in facilities or apartment maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to follow and complete work orders effectively
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and PM checklists
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Experience with gate system repairs
- Pool maintenance experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Consistent full-time schedule

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
