Position: Experienced Maintenance Technician w/ HVAC-Pointe Parc Apartment

Experienced Maintenance Technician With HVAC

The Experienced Maintenance Technician with HVAC experience at Pointe Parc Apartments plays a critical role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and functionality of residential units and common areas. This position is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance tasks, with a strong focus on HVAC systems, and overall maintenance, to maintain optimal living conditions for residents. The technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain apartment housing.

By proactively addressing maintenance issues and responding promptly to service requests, the technician helps to minimize downtime and enhance resident satisfaction. This role requires a detail-oriented and skilled professional who can work independently and collaboratively to uphold the property's standards and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid HVAC certification or license as required by state regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems relevant to residential properties.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in multi-family residential or apartment communities.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and emergency situations to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory to support operational tracking and budgeting.
  • Weekends and on call emergency availability required.
  • Assisting Maintenance Supervisor with duties.
