Residential HVAC Technician

Overview

Circa Service‑FL is a multi‑trade company looking for an organized, experienced HVAC technician with exceptional diagnostic and problem‑solving skills. You must work quickly and efficiently to solve problems and make necessary repairs.

• Diagnose, identify and repair malfunctioning systems and equipment (electrical components, evaporator coils, compressors, etc.)
• Install and replace parts and equipment, from coil replacement to full systems
• Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts and installation teams
• Keep your truck clean inside and out and inventory up to date
• Properly complete paperwork
• Join the on‑call rotation
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Keep a clean driving record
• Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional
• Be willing to obtain or maintain required certifications (company will help)
• Diagnose and repair residential appliances when needed, guiding customers toward informed buying decisions

• 3+ years HVAC technician experience (required)
• EPA certifications (required)
• State driver’s license (required)
• High school or equivalent education (required)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain complex HVAC issues to customers in an understandable manner
• Must hold a clean driving record
• Time‑management: punctual, adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different locations
• Willingness to work full‑time (40 h/week)
• Experience with appliance repair (preferred)
• Experience with plumbing (preferred)

• HVAC Technician – 3 years (required)
• Appliance repair – 3 years (preferred)
• Plumbing – 2 years (preferred)

• Base salary: $45,000 – $80,000+
• Commission pay
