This role involves residential and light-commercial HVAC service, repair, and installation across a variety of projects, including renovations and general maintenance.

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems
• Complete same-day repairs when possible, including part replacement
• Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and thermostats per manufacturer specifications and code
• Diagnose and repair HVAC-related electrical and plumbing components
• Work collaboratively with contractors and internal teams to meet project standards
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and homeowners
• Communicate job status clearly with management and team members
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and controls
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and customer service skills
