, is seeking a Full-Time AV Cable Technician to join our Engineering team.
This role is ideal for someone hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow in a fast‑paced environment supporting the technology that drives live event production.

What You’ll Be Doing Cable Testing and Cleaning- Test and clean AV and fiber cables to meet company and industry standards
- Inspect connectors to ensure they are secure, clean, and fully functional
- Verify calibration and performance of test equipment
- Coordinate manufacturer returns when necessary
- Perform minor cable repairs and preventative maintenance
- Replace missing or damaged connector caps and protect fiber ends
- Maintain proper organization, labeling, and wrapping of cable inventory
- Conduct cycle counts of connector caps and cleaning materials to maintain stock levels
- Assist with general warehouse operations and cleanliness
- Support proper storage and handling of rental product
- Help maintain a safe and organized working environment
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma required
- Knowledge of AV equipment and wiring or cable experience preferred
- Understanding of AV systems or fiber is preferred
- Willingness to learn with hands‑on training provided
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Adaptability in a warehouse‑style, hands‑on environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full‑time stability with consistent hours
- Clear career pathways including advancement to Quality Control Technician or Inventory Control Technician roles
- Collaborative culture with an experienced and supportive team
