, is seeking a Full-Time AV Cable Technician to join our Engineering team.

This role is ideal for someone hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow in a fast‑paced environment supporting the technology that drives live event production.

• Test and clean AV and fiber cables to meet company and industry standards
• Inspect connectors to ensure they are secure, clean, and fully functional

• Verify calibration and performance of test equipment
• Coordinate manufacturer returns when necessary
• Perform minor cable repairs and preventative maintenance

• Replace missing or damaged connector caps and protect fiber ends
• Maintain proper organization, labeling, and wrapping of cable inventory
• Conduct cycle counts of connector caps and cleaning materials to maintain stock levels

• Assist with general warehouse operations and cleanliness
• Support proper storage and handling of rental product
• Help maintain a safe and organized working environment

• High School Diploma required
• Knowledge of AV equipment and wiring or cable experience preferred

• Understanding of AV systems or fiber is preferred
• Willingness to learn with hands‑on training provided

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Adaptability in a warehouse‑style, hands‑on environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Full‑time stability with consistent hours
• Clear career pathways including advancement to Quality Control Technician or Inventory Control Technician roles
