Perform technical work in the maintenance, repair, replacement, and installation of laundry equipment, including commercial washers, dryers, conveyors, ironers, folders, boilers and steam presses;
Demonstrate knowledge of electrical systems, computer control systems and components, pneumatic and hydraulic controls and systems, boiler and steam distribution and return, air conditioning, and related maintenance and repair of equipment;
Prepare records and reports describing procedures, actions taken, and recommended solutions;
Ensure OSHA safety procedures and regulations are followed;
Other duties as assigned
