We are seeking an experienced and reliable Lead Electrician to oversee electrical projects, lead a team of electricians, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of electricians and apprentices
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical installations and repairs
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and electrical codes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues
  • Manage project timelines, materials, and labor
  • Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and project managers
Qualifications
  • Journeyman Electrician license
  • 3+ years of electrical experience, with leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Experience in commercial/industrial
  • OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
