Service Crew Lead – Orlando Service Department Orlando, FL

Join RAMCON Roofing’s Orlando Service Department as a Service Crew Lead (SCL) and take charge of a skilled team tackling Florida’s toughest commercial roofing challenges. You’ll coordinate service jobs, train technicians, and make sure every repair is safe, efficient, and done right the first time. You’ll be the key connection between the field, management, and our clients—making sure projects stay on schedule and customers stay confident in their roofs.

• Manage day-to-day field operations for assigned service crews.
• Train, motivate, and lead team members to deliver high-quality, safe work.
• Review work orders, schedules, and materials before every job.
• Oversee truck fleet maintenance and ensure Geotab/camera systems are in place.
• Dispatch crews daily using Data Forma and RAMCON Connects.
• Inspect job sites for workmanship, safety, and documentation quality.
• Review daily reports and time tickets for accuracy.
• Resolve on-site issues quickly and maintain direct communication with property managers and GCs.
• Attend weekly operations meetings and update progress daily.

• 3+ years of commercial roofing or foreman-level experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and hold crews accountable.
• Understanding of safety programs, quality control, and technical roofing processes.
• High school diploma required; associate’s degree in Construction Management preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Bonus: Experience as a Field Superintendent or foreman with a service-oriented roofing contractor.

Location: Orlando, FL – Service Branch
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (typical)
