Skilled General Laborer – Demolition, Concrete Excavations, Dry Wall and Painting skills required. Monday‑Friday 8‑hour shifts. Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour. Orange County Government Facility.

AGS is dedicated to providing exceptional construction and renovation services to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled general laborer with expertise in drywall hanging and concrete demolition to join our dynamic team. As a Skilled General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support construction projects, including measuring, cutting, and hanging drywall, assisting with concrete demolition, and completing other general labor tasks as needed.

You will work closely with our team to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

• Assist with measuring, cutting, and hanging drywall accurately according to specifications.
• Assist with concrete demolition using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Assist with site preparation, including setting up and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Perform other general labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• May travel to local supply companies to pick up supplies.

• Proven experience in drywall hanging and concrete demolition.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools related to drywall and concrete work.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background screening.

• HVAC, Construction, or Trade Skills Program completion or 3 years verifiable experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction or a related field with program completion.
