This role focuses on MIG welding and fabricating aluminum frames. You will read and interpret blueprints, perform precise measurements and conversions, and produce high-quality welds in a busy fabrication shop environment. This is a 1st or 2nd shift opportunity and the pay ranges based on experience ($21-$28).

• MIG weld aluminum frames with consistent quality and accuracy.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand weld locations, dimensions, and fabrication requirements.
• Convert inch fractions into decimal measurements to ensure precise cutting, fitting, and welding.
• Set up, operate, and maintain MIG welding equipment and related fabrication tools in a safe and efficient manner.

• Proven experience with MIG welding in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience welding aluminum components or structures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints for welding and fabrication tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
