Orlando, FL | Full Time | Pay Range: $25 - $35/HR (Based on experience and qualifications)

WhatYou'll DoDeliver Reliable LED Systems
- Build, configure, and deploy LED display systems for a variety of live events and productions.
- Ensure video signals are accurately processed and displayed across LED environments.
- Support the design and implementation of complex LED and multi-processing systems.
- Review show schedules, contracts, quotes, CAD drawings, Vectorworks drawings, and related documentation.
- Determine event requirements and develop an effective approach for implementing technical solutions.
- Identify additional equipment needs and communicate requirements to support successful show delivery.
- Assemble, test, and evaluate LED-related equipment before deployment.
- Build equipment racks and troubleshoot technical issues in advance of events.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and help maintain operational readiness.
- Travel to event venues and assist with onsite setup and execution.
- Verify technical requirements, available resources, and installation needs prior to deployment.
- Coordinate with venue personnel, clients, and internal teams to resolve production challenges.
- Receive, inspect, and verify equipment against manifests.
- Report missing, damaged, or incorrect equipment and help coordinate resolution.
- Help ensure all equipment is properly prepared, tracked, and returned following events.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience supporting LED setup, operation, and strike activities for live events.
- Working knowledge of LED display systems and signal flow.
- Basic rigging knowledge preferred.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a live production environment.
- Professional communication and client service skills.
- Commitment to safe work practices.
- Willingness to travel as required for event support.
