We are looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in delivering high-quality concrete work.
Responsibilities:- Finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
- Screed, float, trowel, and edge concrete to specifications
- Set forms and assist with concrete placement
- Ensure proper curing and finishing techniques
- Read and follow project plans and supervisor instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work efficiently as part of a crew
- Minimum 2 years of concrete finishing experience preferred
- Experience with sidewalks, driveways, curbs, slabs, and commercial paving is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
