Next Gen Energy Jobs seeks an Installer to join a residential solar installation crew in Orlando. You will work with the Foreperson and Lead Installer to complete projects on-site, ensuring safety and quality throughout each task.
The role covers assembling modules, racking, weather sealing, site cleanup, and following project plans. Prior solar, construction, or military experience is a plus, but training is provided.
