A company is seeking Electromechanical Assemblers to build, integrate, and test advanced systems used in military training and simulation applications. This role involves assembling mechanical and electronic components, performing wiring and cable routing, troubleshooting systems, and working closely with engineering teams in a highly technical manufacturing environment.

Pay /Shift:
8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
$26 - $32/hr
- Experience diagnosing, testing, and resolving issues on electromechanical systems and electronic assemblies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with military training and simulation technologies is beneficial.
- Experience working directly with engineers in a highly technical, prototype-oriented environment.
- Exposure to electronics, sensors, embedded systems, and precision mechanical assemblies.
- Understanding of instrumentation systems and tracking technologies used in training applications.
- Ability to support product improvements and engineering development by providing practical build insights.
- Comfort participating in demonstrations, testing activities, and occasional field events.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in documentation, assembly, and testing.
- Adaptability to rapidly growing organizations and evolving product lines.
- Alignment with technical skill sets commonly found in military or tactical environments is a plus.

You will work in a technical lab and production environment focused on building advanced military training and simulation hardware. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
