Electrician Power Systems, Walt Disney World

Electrician Power Systems is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the CFTOD Utility Plants’ electrical systems.

This field service position may include work from elevated platforms and confined spaces throughout the Walt Disney World Parks and Resort property.

• Valid Florida driver’s license
• Must be a qualified Journeyman Electrician with a minimum of 5 years experience in an industrial and/or utility environment
• Experience in power distribution, generation systems and associated controls
• Understanding of OSHA and industry standard lock‑out tag‑out safety procedures
• Ability to pass a role‑specific, technical knowledge‑based written assessment and interview
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Possess the ability to interpret blueprints
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in standard office software programs and mobile electronic devices

• An associate’s degree in an engineering related field is desired

Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Schedules and start times are subject to vary.
