Hvac Technician
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating units, thermostats, and ventilation equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to maximize efficiency and extend equipment life.
Complete work orders promptly and professionally.
Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, appliance, drywall, painting, carpentry, and general maintenance issues.
Prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including HVAC inspections and repairs.
Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including after-hours emergencies as part of an on-call rotation.
Inspect buildings, grounds, and common areas to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
Replace filters, clean coils, inspect refrigerant levels, and perform seasonal HVAC maintenance.
Ensure all repairs comply with local building codes and company policies.
Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
Keep accurate records of completed work orders and preventative maintenance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Provide courteous and professional service to residents and team members.
Assist with property inspections and capital improvement projects as assigned.
